How long does delivery take for furniture orders?
Standard delivery for in-stock items takes 7-14 business days within the contiguous United States. Custom and made-to-order pieces typically ship in 4-6 weeks. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number and a 4-hour delivery window via SMS. White-glove delivery is available for an additional fee and includes in-home placement, assembly, and packaging removal.
What is your return and warranty policy?
We offer a 30-day risk-free return policy on all standard items. If the furniture does not fit your space or match your expectations, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All our products are covered by a 5-year structural warranty covering frames, springs, and craftsmanship. Upholstery fabrics and leather carry a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Return shipping is free for warranty claims.
Can I order fabric swatches before purchasing?
Absolutely. We offer up to 10 free fabric and leather swatches shipped directly to your door. Swatches arrive within 3-5 business days. We strongly recommend ordering swatches as screen colors can vary from device to device. You can also visit one of our showroom locations in Chicago, Austin, or Portland to see full furniture pieces in person before making your decision.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
Yes, we partner with Affirm and Klarna to provide flexible payment options. Qualified customers can finance their purchase with 0% APR for up to 12 months, or choose extended terms of up to 36 months. How do I care for and clean my leather sofa?
Regular maintenance will keep your leather sofa looking beautiful for decades. Vacuum crevices weekly with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris. Wipe the surface monthly with a damp microfiber cloth — never use harsh chemical cleaners, saddle soap, or abrasive pads. Apply a leather conditioner every 6-12 months to prevent drying and cracking. For spills, blot immediately with a clean dry cloth; do not rub. Avoid placing leather furniture in direct sunlight or near heat sources to prevent fading.
Performance fabric vs. regular upholstery?
Performance fabrics are engineered with built-in stain resistance, moisture repellency, and UV protection. Unlike regular upholstery which relies on topical treatments that wear off over time, performance fabrics have protective properties woven directly into the fiber.
